Monthly walk around
Every month, no mileage requirement
- Tire pressure on all four tires and the spare
- Exterior lights, brake lights, and turn signals
- Washer fluid level and wiper blade condition
- Any new noise, smell, or dashboard light since last month
Every 5,000 miles
Or per your owner manual interval
- Oil and filter service if the interval is due
- Tire rotation and tread depth check
- Brake pad thickness inspection
- Top up and inspect visible fluid reservoirs
Every 15,000 miles
Or roughly once a year
- Engine air filter and cabin air filter condition
- Battery age, terminals, and hold down
- Belt and hose inspection
- Suspension and steering inspection during service
Every 30,000 miles
Or per your owner manual interval
- Brake fluid condition and replacement interval
- Coolant condition and replacement interval
- Transmission fluid inspection where serviceable
- Full record review to confirm nothing has been skipped
